Okay so if I would have opened my paper on THURSDAY, I would had already of known that those snakes pictures were not from Richland, but from Hudson, WY. They said it is possible there are snake dens near Badger Mt. The ranger said he has had friends who have seen snake dens on the Hanford Reach, but as for those pictures no they were not taken on Badger Mt. In other Snake news I heard on the news last night there is a Rattle snake warning in effect for Richland. They said they have been finding quite a few down by the river and if you are going boating or what not you need to be careful. There have been some found at Howard Amon Park. With the river being so high they said they are coming down stream and finding home along Richland. So beware!

Holy Snakes!
I rec'd the following email:
These are pictures taken by a family who went out for a hike in the Badger hills just South East of West Richland. They were rock hunting and picnicing and enjoying a spring day last weekend. Their son-in-law yelled out saying, 'come look at this big den of snakes'. They all tip toed in that direction for a look. Here is what they saw.
I believe this must be badger mt. that everyone hikes. YIKES! I am scared out of my mind!!

Bear World
Last week we went to my niece Shayla's wedding in Utah. On the way there we stopped in Idaho to see Brenden's sister Krissy and for Brenden to meet with customers. I convinced him to take us to Bear World too! The weather was cold and rainy, but we still had a good time!
There are two wolves there and we saw both of them! Man the wolves really freak me out! There are thirty-nine bears.
This wolf's eye is gone! I don't know why they scare me so much. They don't look much different than the dogs in the dog pound next door. According to Kate the dogs next door are not dogs they are WOLVES! I guess wolves scare me so much because they kill elk and that has got to be pretty dang hard!
There were six new cubs there also. They were so cute and playful. When we were leaving we were able to watch them feed them their bottles. You could pay $50 to feed one yourself. No thanks!

Sesame Street
Over a week ago I took the boys to Sesame Street live. Cooper is deathly scared of mascots of any kind. He freaks out screaming as if someone is going to kill him! I am determined to help him over come his fear to the point that he doesn't scream bloody murder when he sees someone dressed up. I figured Elmo was a good one to go to. He did really good. He made me carry him into the coliseum and was a little scarred at first, but loved the show.
This picture shows up on my computer flipped, but when I upload it goes back, so I don't know what causes that. Here Cooper is with his bribe toy. I always love playing with those toys that light up and spin when you press the button. I bought them for the boys to try and help calm fears and entertain during the show. As you can see it made for good chewing. Cooper is our little chewer. Everything is always in his mouth.

Hotter than you know what!
well I have been complaining now for I don't know how long about all the cold overcast weather! No complaining now it is HOT in Tri-Cities! Yesterday it was pretty close to 100'. At 5:30 my car said 98', so not quite sure what the high was. Anyways no complaining from Jenni since, I know it will not last and I was ready for some heat! Well we came home last night and the house was HOT! 82' to be exact! Yes, our A.C. has stoped!!! By the time I was going to call the 24 hour emergency service it was 10:30 and Brenden said wait until morning. Well, I did and the lady says I am not in front of a computer and so I don't know if you have warranty and it would cost you something like $150 just to come out to diagnose. I said I know I have warranty the house is not even a year old! well, she tells me they are booked solid today and there is not anyone who could come out! I told her well you can't advertise 24 hour emergency service if you are not going to come! I know I am sorry I can give you a list of hotels you could go stay at that all have a pool and you could tell them you are a Campbell and Company customer and get a discount! Discount are you kidding me I want a free room! So who knows when then will come I am going to call at 8 in the morning. It is a whoping 86' right now. Brenden says I could never be a pioneer! We can't turn on a light, can't open the blinds, no cooking! The thing that bugs me the most is last fall Brenden was out of town and the kids and I had been over to Portland and when we came home late on a Saturday night and the house was freezing! I tried all night to get the furnace going and the kids and I froze!! It is a lot worse to be cold than hot! They came the next morning and told me the motor on our heat pump was bad. Luckily they had another one back at their shop. They told me it was rare for that to happen. It was a manufacture defect. And now here we are baking in the heat! Bad luck I guess! When we moved in our fridge was bad too. It would not cool and we went a week without a fridge. They said same thing, this never happens! Our dish network receiver was bad too! It seems everything is bad in this house!

Black Magic
Yesterday morning the kids were out playing in the garage and out the side door of the garage on the asphalt. Cason comes in crying with Cooper following behind him spraying him with this lovely Black Magic aka Armoral. The back of Cason's coat and pants was drenched with this stuff. I go out to the garage with fumes about to make me pass out I slip and almost fall due to this "Black Magic" all over the floor and my car tires! Then Cason our dumpster diver had gotten into the garbage and dumped out all of Brenden's old pops and then I find on the door mat to go outside Orange liquid all over it. I asumed somebody must have had a nice breakfast at mickey D's on Saturday. Due to the McDonalds cup next to it. Thanks for inviting ME! Cooper's hand stunk all day like that stupid "Black Magic" and I smelled like it to from trying to clean it up. I had enough and threw them in their car seats to go to walmart. As I was doing so I came across Cooper's backpack and realized I never looked in it last Thursday when he got home. Inside I found this Mother's day gift.
it read the following:
Every day I am exploring,
touching everything I've found.
I leave behind my little marks
and hand prints all around.
You clean up those hand prints
but someday when
I'm grown
you'll wish you had just one hand print
to keep for your own.
I made these hand prints for you
so that one day when I'm big
you'll remember
what my hands looked like
Long ago when I was small.
I started to cry. I needed that at that very moment. I am cleaning our door handles every day because they are ALWAYS sticky! Brenden says all the time everything in this house is STICKY! I always tell him someday you will wish you had a sticky door nob to open!
We then went to walmart and man are they farts! I only needed a couple of things and you know what they got out of there with? Two movies, Two pops, a big bag of Peanut M&M's that cost me 7.88! I know ridiculous, but they were screaming their heads off for them and we were back by the movies too far away from anything else and I couldn't listen to it any longer. Cooper then thought he had to have the whole bag and half of them were dumped on the floor so i took them away and the sceaming bloody murder started and just around the corner from where we found the 7.88 M&M's I found movie theater box size for .88! Wish I could of found them earlier. So they both get their own box of plain M&M's. So in addition to that Coop can't keep his hands off of Case and Cason is screaming the whole time due to Cooper laying on him and trying to shut the seat part that Cason was sitting in. He wanted it folded up. Um, no not with your 30 lb brother sitting in it. No we can't make him disappear! Now you know why Cooper does not get to go to the store too often! At night time or on Saturday's when Brenden wants me to take him I remind him my bill will be $20.00 more if I take him! Gotta love the kid!
TRACTOR
Cason is obsessed with TRACTORS! I know surprise, surprise. My friend told me that her boys loved these Fred Levine movies. She told me to look on eBay for them. I bought a construction one a while back and Cooper loved it. They are real trucks and tractors and they show you how they do real "daddy jobs". This was Casey's first time watching it and boy did he ever love it! His hi pitch squeal of "TRACTOR" lets us know how much he really loves tractors. He says "tractor all day long, especially when we are in the car. He is the first to spot one and half the time I don't even see it. Mind you he calls forklifts and all other sorts of things tractors too. One morning when I got him out of his crib he started telling me, "tractor, tractor, tractor". I said, "Cason you dream of tractors don't you"? I really started wondering if he did because for a few weeks that is all that came out of his mouth!

Cason's new look
Cason got a new look last week! He decided on some spectacles. He loves them and won't take them off! Yeah right, I wish. I have to hold his hands down give him a snack and then they are only on for a wee bit before he rips them off and is chewing on the plastic piece that goes over his ears. They look like the dog has gotten a hold of them and they are only a week old! Oh, well what else did you think a toddler would do?

Crash Bang!
Yep that's right our computer went crash bang, so we have been without one for a few weeks. Brenden says he likes it. I reminded him he is in front of one all day at work! Kellen was kind enough to let me borrow his laptop until we get ours back. It seems as if we have been really busy these past few weeks. The boys are just running me wild. Cooper is the best birth control anyone could ask for so if anyone thinks they need some super dooper good birth control let me know he is the best on the market! No, I really do love the kid but he sure does try my patience. He can be so good at times, but when he is rotten he is so rotten! I know he has to get easier so I just keep praying for him everyday and pray that I can be a good mom to him. In other news mom and dad went into the MTC Monday the 28th. They got out on Friday night. On Thursday Tricia (my sister) was admitted to the hospital with a serious staph infection. She said she had never been so sick in her life. On Saturday, when the infection was not getting any better they decided to do surgery. They took out puss the size of a ping pong ball out of her arm and put a vacuum in to get the infection out. The wound will be open for a while to get all the infection out. She has five kids and is in the process of moving, so not good timing for her to be in the hospital. Mom and dad flew to Texas on Sunday to help Tricia. She is being released from the hospital today. Shawn and Kristy were so nice and volunteered to drive their car to Baltimore and mom and dad are flying there on Friday. We are so glad Tricia get's to come home but hope she doesn't over do it trying to move. We are so grateful Mom and Dad were able to go and help. If it was any other week they could of never went and Tricia didn't want Hayley or I to come and we or our kids come down with it! Mom has been able to help pack for Tricia and hopefully they can get their moving done this weekend!
