Lucky Day

Cason had a "Lucky Day" on Friday. He dumped out the remainder of a box of cereal on the coffee table and was driving his trucks through it. When I found his mess I said, "Cason what are you doing?" He shot me one of his killer smiles, and I thought, why not, why not just let him play? So, I did. He had so much fun and entertained himself for quit some time. I think you just have to let kids have their "Lucky Day" every once in a while.

This is him yelling,"Don't touch."

Auntie X's two!!

My brother and sister in law welcomed these two cuties into the world this week!

I was able to go to the hospital and meet them!

This is a really weird picture. Dedre was telling me a story and Taryn snapped it. Taryn made everyone who came to visit hold the girls this way when you first came.

Ruby crying on my lap. What a cutie. She was awake and alert most of the time I was there. Ruby weighed 6lbs 20z and Roxy weighed 6lbs 4oz.

Picture Perfect

Yeah, I know they couldn't be any better! lol.

Not a good idea to make your son squint his eyes and then he gives you these adorable, or not so adorable cheesy smiles.

Case would not let go of the tractors.

So happy we gave them back. I think Cooper inherited the Schulthies squinty eyes.

brotherly lovin.
Some day, some day I will get the perfect Easter photo...... well let's face reality probably....... NEVER!!

Hunting

On Saturday we first woke up and went to the ward Easter egg hunt and breakfast. It was cold due to the wonderful Tri-Cities wind, but still fun. After that I went to one of my greatest neighbors and Friend's baby shower. Directly after that we all headed down to the neighbor hood park to the Easter hunt there. What a fun filled day! The boys had so much fun. There were tons of eggs, so all the kids had plenty.

This was the beginning of the hunt and I never copied it right from the email Sara sent me, but don't want to go back and do it again, so you get the idea.

Yeah, I know the hats are just to die for, but they are good tracking devices for the two!:) And they think there awesome, so as long as they are happy, I am happy!

Cooper was off to the playground, by this time. He had enough with the eggs and wanted to go play!

learning to drive

Casey learning to drive Cooper's four wheeler

I hear a lot of, "I'm stuck."

Just as happy as can be! Getting to be a big boy. Hopefully by the end of the summer he will be a pro and I won't have to be getting him "un stuck" every five seconds!

Pushin my buttons!

My four year old loves to push my buttons! He can be a real big stinker sometimes! Yesterday was the nicest day we have had all week, so the boys were outside. He was crying and complaining about everything. I had been out there a million times helping him and finally said, "NO MORE! I'm going inside and don't come get me again!" I know real mean, but I was cleaning out a closet! I needed a break from the bambinos! I had only been inside a few seconds and i hear a big bang! I went outside and he had thrown this big rock at my back door.

(The rock does not look that big in the picture, but compared to the small rocks next to it you can tell.)
Well, my back door is made of this...

And so i was TORQUED! It was the straw that broke the camels back. I went outside grabbed him and told him he was going straight to his room for time out and he was not, was not to come out!! As I was shutting the door, I guess i shut it a little too hard. No, I did not slam it, just shut it a little too hard, and bam this is what happened next.....

My adorable little birds that I had just purchased a few weeks ago were crushed. The clock came flying down too, but luckily landed in the chair. I was so disappointed I completely fell in love with these birds when I found them and knew I had to have them. After disciplining and coming back down stairs to evaluate the damage, I think I can fix one of them. The other one is a total loss. I was just happy the big momma bird stayed on the shelf.

There was the big mama birdy and two smaller ones. I hardly ever even become attached to anything anymore, because well frankly it seems like everything of mine breaks! I read on a blog a lady saying she asked her self, "Why can't I have pretty things even though I have three boys?" I thought well honey, if you don't mind everything being broke you can!
