Cathedral Cookies are one of my favorite Christmas cookies! I have fond memories of my mom making them every year. Last year I think was my first year making them. I loved when I realized they were so easy to make! When I was a kid I just remember thinking how did she get those mellows in there! The recipe is over to the left. Where do you get German Chocolate? I don't remember Mom making these cookies. She made all the good food after I left!
